You want to reach out and touch these guys to make sure they are real.
They just curl up anywhere.
It's been so warm that all the animals were basking in the sun including this warthog.
Aaron this is a golden possum. Thought you would appreciate this one given your nickname for Bailyn. As soon as he saw us he tucked his head in.
This is what he really looks like.
Tony this is the only dingo we saw...not too scary.
You can just walk right up to the kangaroos and pet them if you want.
They really do hop.
Fresh water croc.
White barn owl.
Posing for the camera.
After the zoo we headed back to the hotel to do laundry and get some lunch. Great truck!
Oddly enough, all of the shopping centers, food markets and restaurants are closed for Good Friday. I was totally impressed by that, but it made finding something to eat a bit difficult. We finally found a little market open and bought some things for lunch and breakfast tomorrow since we will be leaving for the airport early.
We are off to a Rugby match tonight then on to New Zealand!!!
What a fun zoo!!! Can you imagine how much all the kids would've injoyed that?? Don't get to see a kangaroo in our zoos just any day.
